Your shipment
Books are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (2-7 days for all other items). We will provide you with a link to track your package online if applicable.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Customs, Duties, Taxes
All import customs duties and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Customers with shipments returned to Coptologia Publications for non-payment will not receive a refund.
You are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Some products cost less for USA customers due to us engaging in special contracts for USA shipping.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving shipment.
Refund will be given as money back.
