Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Coptologia Publications grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the publication purchased. You acknowledge that certain parties may not have access to the same Coptologia Publication as you have access to and you agree to not post a copy in any manner. You agree not to, or not to assist another person to, circumvent or otherwise tamper with security components (if any) of the Coptologia Publications website.
Rule 3
Termination of your Account by Coptologia Publications may, at our sole discretion, include one or more of the following: (i) removal of access to the Coptologia Publications website (or part thereof); (ii) deletion of your Account and/or all related information and Content associated with your Account (or any part thereof); (iii) barring of further use of the Coptologia Publications blog (or part thereof), and (iv) termination of any of your Coptologia Publications Agreements. You agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in our sole discretion and that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your Account, or access to the Coptologia Publications Blog and Content. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall promptly discontinue use of the website and Blog.
Rule 4
Termination of the Coptologia Publications website or Blog. In the event that we change any part of the website or suspend or discontinue the Blog, which we may do at our election, you acknowledge that you may no longer be able to use the website or Blog to the same extent as prior to such change, suspension or discontinuation, and that we shall have no liability to you or to any third party in such case, including for removing access to any Content.
